What this site collects when you use it, and why.

Who we are

What we collect

Messages and questions (contact form, Ask Nathan): what you typed, the time and the page you sent it from.
Event and camp bookings: your name, email and phone. When you book for a child: the child's name, date of birth and club, and your answers on the form (medication, medical condition, photos, being told about future camps, squash with a coach and the affiliation).
The CNS number: only when you agree to your child learning squash with our coaches and being affiliated as a leisure player. We use it for that affiliation and for nothing else, and it is never sent by email.
Tournament entries: your name, email, phone, gender, date of birth, club and level, and the category you enter. They are kept as your player profile, so you do not type them again next time.
Payments: card payments are made on Stripe's secure page. We never see or store your card number; we keep the amount, whether it is paid or refunded, and Stripe's reference.

There are no tracking or advertising cookies. The staff area uses a cookie to keep staff signed in.

To save you typing, your browser keeps the details you entered on a form (your name, email and phone, your child's name, date of birth and club, your club and level) and fills them in on the next form. They stay on your device: we only receive what you send in a form. "Forget them" on any form clears them. Health answers and the CNS number are never kept.

Where it is stored

Supabase, in the EU (Frankfurt): messages, bookings, tournament entries and player profiles.
Stripe: card payments.
Resend: the emails this site sends (confirmations, and notes to the club).
Vercel: hosts the website.

Each of them handles the data only to provide its service to the club. Court and class bookings run on PerfectGym, which has its own privacy policy.

Maps

The map on this site is a picture made from OpenStreetMap data and served by us, so looking at it sends nothing to a map provider. Clicking it, or "Get directions", opens Google Maps in a new tab, which has its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

Messages and questions: until they are answered, then for as long as we need them to answer follow-up questions.
Bookings and payments: for as long as the club's accounting obligations require.
The CNS number: only as long as the affiliation needs it.
Player profiles: until you ask us to remove yours.
