Who are we?

The Jeanette Hutchines School of Dance is a well established and friendly dance school. We have highly trained teachers who hold recognised qualifications in dance teaching, anatomz and physiology in dance education.
We work in small groups which allows for vital individual attention and corretion of children. Fun is also a priority in the class.

Classical Ballet

Classes are available for children from the age of three and take place every afternoon and all day on Saturday.We work to achieve co-ordination, deportment and musicality and hope that the children will develop a love of dance.
Children from the age of six are able to take the ROYAL ACADEMY OF DANCE examinations.These examinations are regconised worldwide.

Tap, Modern & Jazz

These classes are available for children from the age of five. These classes are also available most afternoons during the week and also on Saturdays.
These classes are popular with lively, enthusiastic children who may prefer a stronger style of dance. The children who enter these classes may be entered for the IMPERIAL SOCIETY OF TEACHERS OF DANCE examinations. These examinations have very high standards at both amateur and professional levels.
